Welsh Region
The Welsh Region is an associated member of the United Kingdom Federation of Jazz Bands.
The Welsh area consists of three leagues, the Valley League, the Rhondda League, South Wales Association.
The Area Officer's are selected by these leagues to serve a two year term of office.
In 2012 new officers for the Welsh Region were elected:
Cliff Dixon [Valley league] is now Chairman
Karl Martin [Rhonnda league] Vice Chairman.
Events that are held annually in the Welsh area are: The Spring Festival in April, and the National Indoor in November.
